Founder & CTO
Vahé is a senior technology leader, software architect, and XR product strategist with over a decade of experience building enterprise-grade real-time 3D and mixed reality platforms. As the visionary and lead architect behind NucleusXR, he drives the development of a scalable XR ecosystem for immersive training, visualization, and enterprise deployment.
Salil Monga
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
Salil is a full-stack software engineer focused on scalable enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled tools for immersive training. At NucleusXR, he leads development of the web platform and backend systems that support training creation, user and organization management, analytics, content versioning, and XR deployment.
Sevan Shahijanian
Founding XR Engineer, Product & Marketing
Sevan is an XR engineer and product builder working across immersive development, product strategy, demos, marketing, and client-facing execution. At NucleusXR, he leads XR experience development and helps translate training concepts into interactive modules, reusable authoring tools, pilot workflows, and enterprise-ready product materials.
